Take your contacts with you...
A handy tip for those that might be leaving their jobs (for what ever reason) and want to get all the details from their contacts directory in outlook:
You can export your contacts to excel .. its quite simple. Follow the below instructions and it should work like a treat :)
1. In Outlook, on the File menu, click Import and Export.

Look Out For Cyclists
Not sure what it is like where you live but in Sydney drivers, in particular cab drivers and especially bus drivers, seem to have a complete blind spot when it comes to keeping an eye out for cyclists. I only have a 3k ride to work but it like an obstacle course where I have to avoid being hit by crazy drivers. And I did my cycling proficiency test at school so trust me I am a sensible cyclist.
